Behind the Classroom Doors... Week 5

Our Parent – Tot kids LOVE to sing the Hey Hey Song and stand when they hear their name!

RTG was immersed in the colors yellow and green this week.  They made yellow visors and sang about green speckled frogs!

The 3’s loved it when we retold the classic fairy tale of The Three Bears using the flannel board and singing a jazzy song!

Remember, the afternoon 3’s have Spanish woven into their day!
They are currently learning colors and body parts.

Spanish instruction continues in both morning and afternoon 4’s!  Ask your 4 year old to sing Los Colores to you!

The BIG news of the week is that all classes in the 3 and 4 Year Old Programs started Music and Movement with Valerie Dashiell!!
Ever other Wednesday Val will get the kids movin’ and shakin’ to music that ranges from country to classical!

Lunch bunch is in full swing and life is good at TCNS!!

And now what you all have been waiting for...

Tyler Vanderkamp loves the books in our library.
He was naming some of the titles...
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom

Goodnight Moon

I Guess I Love You

(actually it’s Guess How Much I Love You… but it’s so cute the way he says it we don’t want to correct him!!)

Audrey Lorentz LOVES Lunch Bunch!
She loves her lunch box!

She loves the classroom it’s in!
She wishes she could go every single day!

So on a Friday morning when her Mother told her it was Mommy and Daddy’s wedding anniversary and tried to explain to Audrey what that meant, Audrey one-upped her and yelled…
“And I have Lunch Bunch!!”
